I help high-capacity women restore nervous system steadiness after

trauma, burnout, or health crises - without retelling their story or forcing practices that never stuck.

FAQ:

Do I have to share my trauma story?

No. This is not a trauma-sharing circle. You will not be asked to retell your experiences in detail. Deep story work requires capacity.
This space is designed to build that capacity first. Safety before story.

Is this therapy?

No. Reclaiming Self is a structured, trauma-aware small group experience focused on helping your body stand down from bracing.

It is educational and experiential. It does not replace individual therapy or medical care.

What if I’ve already tried therapy?

Many women in this room have. If therapy helped you understand your story but your body still feels braced, this space focuses on restoring steadiness rather than insight.

What if I don’t feel ready?

You do not need to be fully ready. If something in you recognizes this and wants relief from constant bracing, that is enough. We'll work on safety first.

What if I’m too far gone?

You are not. Bracing is protection. Protection can soften.

How big is the group?

Groups are intentionally kept small to maintain safety and pacing. You will not be lost in a large room.

What happens after I register?

You will immediately receive confirmation and instructions to select the session dates that fit your schedule. All sessions are live and virtual.

Are scholarships available?

A limited number of partial scholarships are available each round. If cost is the only barrier, reach out privately. It is important to me that this work be accessible to all.

What if I can’t attend live? Are sessions recorded?

Sessions are live only. Because this work involves real-time nervous system shifts, your safety and regulation matter.

Live participation allows for proper pacing and support.

What if I can’t attend one of the sessions?

This container is live and each session builds on the one before it. Because of that, sessions are not recorded.

If you miss a session, you will complete the missed session and the remaining sequence with the next group cycle so the process stays intact.

We do not skip steps. Your safety and integration come first.
